Built in 1970, Willow Park includes 46 affordable apartment homes. It is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property that underwent extensive remodeling beginning May, 2007. The renovation was completed in 2008. The property is close to shopping, public transit, and other amenities.
