Cornelius Park Apartments are located in Cornelius, a bedroom community struggling to support municipal services due to limited industrial and commercial development. At the edge of the Urban Growth Boundary, Cornelius is surrounded by agricultural operations and has one of the densest concentrations of Latinos and low-income families in the state.
