Sierra West was part of the acquisition-rehab deal with Sunset Gardens and Willow Park. It is also a Low Income Housing Tax Credit property. Like the other two projects, it has undergone extensive remodeling starting in May 2007. With a reputation as a center for drug dealing and prostitution, with the help of Hillsboro Police and Princeton, this property is now occupies by working families with pride in their community.
