Willow Park was part of the acquisition-rehab deal with Sunset Gardens and Sierra West. It is also a Low Income Housing Tax Credit property. Like the other two projects, it underwent extensive remodeling that began May, 2007.  A new laundry room was constructed, and extensive interior renovations completed, with the property completely leased-up in October 2008.
